BIG DANS WINDSCREENS AND TINTING

Joke of a company!!! Waited in 2 days, first day no show said he apparently was stuck in traffic yet could hear he was at home, second day no show again, called numerous times and left a message and no reply, should have read the reviews prior as this seems like common practice for this poor excuse of a company. Oh well lesson learnt, next time use a reputable company and read the reviews. I'm sure this one won't be around much longer if he continues to treat customers like this!!

Do not bother booking Dan...Made an appointment to have tinting done. Dan didn't show up and didn't return messages left text and voicemail. What a waste of my time, would have prefered to book with somebody who actually cares about fulfilling his appointments. 3 days later still no message returned.

I had a very positive experience with Big Dan’s Windscreen. He was very easy to communicate with and was able to have the windscreen ready from Brisbane down to Sydney in a few days and Installed as soon as I was ready. With the replacement being done on a 42 year old car, I had my concerns but was quickly put at ease after seeing the professionalism and extra care he was taking when removing and installing the windscreen. I am very satisfied with the replacement and was charged a very fair price that beat every other quote I had gotten for the job from other companies.Would 100% recommend Dan’s service.

I had a whipper snipper incident on Saturday afternoon. Called BIG Dans Windscreens, and he was at my place Sunday morning. Windscreen fixed done. Highly recommended.

dan came to our home today and with such short notice he was able to fit us in to tint six windows and a door! amazing communication and advice on what to get. he arrived on time with 2 other staff members (i believe he was training them) such a lovely group of people!house looks amazing we would highly recommend to anybody !
