These guys are amazing! Got a giant chip in our windscreen on the way into port hedland. They met us at our caravan park , gave us options we chose to replace the windscreen (which the had in stock!) and then met us at our lunch destination and repaired it while we ate. Seriously amazing service we are so grateful Scott and pascal !

Andy and his team are extremely knowledgable and professional. They helped me with my car after an accident and repair job done in busselton was unfinished and I was unsure if major damage was still evident. They are extremely trustworthy and meticulous. If this ever happens to me again, I WILL not be going all the way to busselton, I will get it repaired locally, by the best panel beaters in town.

Have used this facility befor so had no hesitation in going there to have a chipped windscreen fixed friendly polite and professional would recommend

I am pleased to say how impressed I was with the professionalism of the staff at the Karrartha branch in replacing my Hilux cracked windscreen. From my first contact with the office girl who made a time and place arrangement to suit me, to the technicians who made the replacement, service was excellent.

Couple of good blokes came out to ucarty to change the windscreen on my 08 patrol, quick professional and had a good chinwag whilst at it.

I had a leaky windscreen and Alicia (sorry if I spelt it wrong) took the time to explain how they would go about finding the problem and rectifying in several scenarios. Ryan removed the windscreen and was able to ID poorly applied sealant from the previous owners, removed and reapplied a new bead without a hitch, avoiding me significant costs without having to procure a new windscreen. Was so impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness.

Was quoted $385 for passenger side window on my Volvo S40 by AAA Windscreens Cannington but decided to go with Waynes Windscreens as they could do it the next day and matched the price even though their initial quote was $50 more than AAA. So next morning had one of their technician install the window and was told not to wind it down for 24hrs. 30hrs later I wind it down and cannot wind it back up! Brought it back and the boss said the technician didn't put enough glue. This time the boss installs it himself! So I wasted another day waiting for it to get installed and set. Now it goes up and down ok but there's over and inch of window hanging out when I wind it all the way down compared to the original and the brand lettering on the window is on an angle like it wasn't installed properly! Drivers side window still winds down completely with just a lip visible. I won't take it back again cause I don't know what they'll do to my car like just getting at me for matching a competitors quote! Should have just waited another day and got it done somewhere else! Not recommended!

Tint was done well, during application the sun visor on my GPS fell off and instead of taking the two seconds to clip it back on they left it on the seat, half way driving up to Perth heard a smacking sound in the back only to find they never plugged both rear window defog cables back in after applying tint, although it took 10 seconds to fix all these I should not have to in the first place. Pretty disappointed.
