Rebecca at Novus in karratha is extremly switched on and easy to do with. Rebecca put herself in my shoes and came up with the fastest best option to get my windscreen swapped out asap. She also took care of everything with my insurance company. Highly recommend

Novus had a bit of difficulty getting my truck side window, through no fault of theirs. Their staff phoned me regularly to keep me updated, so no time wasted. Then when it arrived locked me in immediately to get it sorted. Cant ask for better service then that.

Contacted Novus on Monday this week to arrange an urgent windscreen glass replacement for my employer. Service was great! They come to you which removes a risk factor. Windscreen was replaced today being Friday. Techs were professional and efficient. Smooth transaction. Definitely recommend!

Terrible service. I booked in 2 weeks ahead of time and called multiple times to confirm the appointment. Drove up from Onslow (3 hr drive) and arrived on time at 9 AM. Was told the job would take 1 hr to fit the new windscreen. Came back at 1030 AM and the technician hadn't even started. A truck came in and apparently took priority. Office blamed a new computer system, whatever. I took my business elsewhere and will never return.

Brilliant. Mark, Jay and Cath happened to have my windscreen in stock, and replaced it straight away with nothing but smiles & professionalism. Highly recommended and can't thank them enough for allowing my holiday to continue instead of waiting in town for a week for another place to get one sent up from Perth.

Busted drivers door window out bush Tuesday. Rang Novus and here I am Friday morning getting a new glass fitted.The team here very helpful chasing down courier for delivery of glass to fit in with our travel plans.
